payment
No deposit is required. For online bookings, your credit card will be charged according to the booking portal's terms and conditions. For direct bookings, you will receive a reminder email in good time to make payment before your arrival.
Tourist tax and pet fees are payable on site. For bookings made through booking.com, bed linen rental, as specified during booking, is payable on site. Final cleaning is always included.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy of the respective booking platform applies. Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, accommodation costs are generally non-refundable. Erroneous bookings can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking.
Stay
Check in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM at the Almdorf service - earlier check-in is not possible without exception for organizational reasons. not possible.
A security deposit of €300 is payable upon check-in by credit card or cash and will be returned upon departure. If a final inspection at check-out is not possible due to time constraints, the deposit will be refunded.

This is a self-catering holiday home. Please check before departure.

The house is fully equipped with an induction hob including oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, capsule machine (Nespresso), moka pot, kettle grill, hand blender, dishes, pans, pots and much more.
Consumables such as dish soap, tea towels, spices, toilet paper, soap, charcoal and lighter fluid, etc., must be brought by the guest.
Arrival
The Hohentauern alpine village can be reached via the Trieben motorway exit (A9) directly via a well-maintained main road approximately 10 km long (about a 10-minute drive). Winter tires are required in winter; snow chains are generally not necessary for the journey.
